Hello, my name is Clarence Conner, and I am thrilled to join Dobie Middle School as a CTE teacher. I will be teaching Digital Media and Web Communications, two courses designed to prepare students with 21st-century communication and design skills.

The Digital Media course is a two-semester program covering graphics creation, video editing, and animation, with a focus on how Artificial Intelligence can enhance creativity and productivity.

The Web Communications course is a one-semester experience modeled as a mock internship with a medical center, where students develop promotional materials and website content for authentic workplace scenarios.

Both courses are offered for high school credit, giving middle school students the unique opportunity to get ahead academically while gaining valuable career-ready skills.
