Dobie Theatre
“Dobie Players”
Our Dobie Theatre courses are intended to be a general introduction to the fundamentals of basic theatre production techniques. Students are introduced to acting, directing, makeup application, technical work, and costuming. Theatre history is an important component of this course leading to an appreciation of the theatre.
Dobie offers beginning, intermediate and advanced theater courses based upon a student's grade level and experience. Advanced Theatre performs at UIL One Act play, as well as with our feeder school programs.
